Make sure to stay hydrated (drink at least 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of pure water each day) and incorporate healthy fatty acids into your diet!

Essential fatty acids are essential because your body cannot make them from scratch. Foods high in EFA’s include: hemp and flax seeds, olive oil, avocado, dark leafy greens, eggs, and fatty fish.
