Vanilla Matcha Latte (Paleo and Keto)
Matcha green tea is loaded with some of the most potent antioxidants known to mankind. It helps us age slower, boosts memory and concentration, speeds up our metabolism, and naturally increases energy levels throughout the day.
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c. filtered water
1/2 c. coconut milk
1/2 tsp. organic matcha powder
1/2 tsp. organic vanilla
1 tbsp. collagen hydrolysate
Liquid Stevia or another keto-friendly sweetener
DIRECTIONS:
Heat water and coconut milk on high in a small sauce pan until it begins to simmer. Pour hot mixture into a small French press and add matcha, vanilla, collagen hydrolysate and sweetener. Insert the press top and pump quickly for about 15 seconds or until it is frothed to your liking. Pour into your favorite mug (I love these) and enjoy!
