Strawberry yogurt bowl
SO EASY AND HEALTHY! KIDS AND ADULTS WILL LOVE THIS.
Yields 1 serving:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt (raw, organic, pastured dairy is best, find a local farm here)1 tablespoon collagen hydrolysate (optional), I use this brand
2-4 strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp. pecans
1 tsp. chia seeds (buy it here)
1-2 tbsp. real maple syrup (buy it here)
Cinnamon to your liking (buy it here)
Directions:
Put yogurt and collagen hydrolysate in bowl and mix. Place all other ingredients over yogurt. Enjoy!
